Machine Gun Kelly’s Lost Americana Tour had a second leg around North America which stopped in Chula Vista, California. This show took place at North Island Credit Union Amphitheater on Sunday May 17, 2026. The tour featured many songs from his “Lost Americana” album which was released on August 8, 2025.

The night started off with the first opener, Beauty School Dropout. Their latest album “Where Did All The Butterflies Go?” was released in September of 2025. They played their hits from this album including “Fever” and “On Your Lips.” I saw them perform on their headline tour in March and, wow, they really rock the stage. They have an amazing energy and passion for music.

Then the second opener, Wiz Khalifa, took to the stage for his opening act. He came out with a cigarette in his hand ready to hype the crowd up. He sang hits such as “Black and Yellow” and “The Thrill.” At the end of his act he threw his blow up cigarettes from his merch stand into the crowd.

Then as MGK took to the stage he lit up the amphitheater with flames across the stage to his latest single “Fix Ur Face” with Fred Durst. He brought out Beauty School Dropout to jam with him for this opening song. Fans sang along the whole night, and some even held posters saying they travelled the world to be there. MGK brought fans onstage for “bloody valentine” and took the time to talk to a couple of them in the crowd throughout the night.
MGK also brought out Wiz Khalifa for their newly released song, “girl next door” and some new hits from their “blog era boyz” album together.

From epic flames, catchy lyrics, and wholesome fan interactions the night was a blast. MGK made multiple outfit changes as he sang a variety of songs from throughout the years such as “concert for aliens” and “clichè.”
This was my second time attending MGK’s concert and he truly elevates his music in person. I highly recommend seeing him live.
